Usefull college skillf for buisness.

The article on Career Journal that caught my eye had to do with the acknowledgement of college skills for a resume. What surprised me the most had to deal with the skills not normally viewed as good time management. The skill that the article referred to was the art of pulling an all nighter. Because college students might procrastinate till the last second to do a project does not mean they are not skilled in task completion. On the contrary this forces the student to acquire new management skills and learn to finish assignments, no matter what the cost.
For future interviews I now know that I can distinguish myself from the norm through my collaborative skills acquired by hours of communication on facebook. If this and similar skills such as doing papers with a hang over, or working assignments at 3 am, can shed in an appealing light on resumes, then an employer can see the real skills I have acquired in college. This makes the 3.0 GPA only a minor requisite when determining the true abilities of a college graduate.
